Glomi Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Glomi: Screen Time & Focus ("Glomi", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal data when you use the Glomi apps for iPhone and Android, our websites and our support.

The short version: what you do on your phone stays on your phone. Glomi blocks apps and measures your screen time on your device. We never receive which apps you use, which apps you block, or how long you use them. What reaches our servers is limited to an anonymous account, your purchases, your settings and how you use Glomi's own screens.

1. Who we are

Bold Yazılım Tasarım ve Ticaret LTD ŞTİ is the data controller for personal data processed through Glomi. Third-party app stores and services process some data under their own privacy notices.

2. Data that stays on your device

Glomi needs sensitive information to work. This information is processed only on your device and is never sent to us or to anyone else:

3. Data we collect

4. How we use data

We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and Glomi shows no ads.

5. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving Glomi, and with your consent where it is required, such as for notifications. You can withdraw consent at any time in Glomi or in your device settings.

6. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run Glomi, under contracts that limit their use of it:

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect people, our users or our systems, or as part of a merger or sale of our business with appropriate safeguards.

7. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep personal data while your account is active and afterwards only as long as the law or the resolution of disputes requires. You can delete your account at any time in Glomi under Settings. Deleting your account erases your rules, your Glow history and Glomi's progress on the device and deletes your account data on our servers. Purchase records may be kept where the law requires it. Uninstalling Glomi also removes everything kept only on the device.

9. Security

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, certificate pinning and encrypted storage where appropriate. No service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Glomi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has used Glomi without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete the data.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority. For residents of Türkiye, these include the rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Use the in-app account deletion or contact us to make a request.

12. Permissions

You can turn off Screen Time, Usage Access, Accessibility and notification permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features stop working without them.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and give additional notice where the law requires it.
